Youth for Europe - Support Ska and Jan

01.12.2008: Support Ska Keller and Jan Philipp Albrecht in their candidacy for positions on the list for European Parliament!

As members of the GRÜNE JUGEND we struggle for a Europe that is democratic and open. We don’t want the FRONTEX border protection forces and we don’t want any EURATOM-agreement. We commit to work for a European Union that recognizes its social responsibilities. We commit to work for a European Union that develops a consistent, binding action plan to protect the climate. We engage ourselves for a Europe that takes the needs of its citizens seriously. We engage ourselves for a Europe that has democratic, transparent forms of decision making.

In today’s European Parliament decisions are taken that affect our future. We will be directly affected by these decisions. As a part of European society, we want to directly take part in the decisions taken. If we are to enthuse young people for the idea of Europe and green European politics we need young candidates. We engage ourselves for a strong GREEN party with a strong GREEN YOUTH. That is why we support our young green Europe-candidates Ska Keller and Jan Philipp Albrecht in their candidacy for the Green European list. For a fresh breeze and new ideas in the European Parliament!
